But be warned, I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points, so if that’s something you may not want to hear, then you may as well leave now.

What is The 11 Day Diet?

The 11 Day Diet is the fastest and easiest diet plan to lose weight with. Without any diet pills or any supplements  the 11 Diet Plan shows you step by step how to lose 9 lbs in just 11 days.

This diet plan consists of eating certain kinds of foods four times a day every two and a half hours. You do this for 11 days straight and you have 3 days after that where you can eat what ever you want. You can repeat this process as many times as you need to until you get to your desired weight.

The science behind this is that by changing the calories that you eat every day and eating 4 times a day,  your metabolism speeds up to the point where you start to lose a lot of weight even though you are eating more often than before.

To tell you the truth I was a little nervous about eating 4 times a day. I was the kind of person that thought less food was better, but after trying it for the first time I realized that this was the fastest way to lose weight. Trust me I lost 30 lbs and two dress sizes in just 2 months and I’ve kept it off for over 6 months now. This 11 day diet plan not only works but I think its amazing.

The Bad Points

Obviously The 11 Day Diet is not perfect. Here’s what I didn’t like about it:

  • I didn’t like the food combinations in some of the meals put together by the 11 day diet generator. I think shrimp and cashews are kind of an odd combo, but I guess that’s just me.
  • You have to eat within two and a half hours for the diet plan to work best.  If you take longer than that between meals, your metabolism will slow down resulting in slower weight loss.

The Good Things

  • When you buy the 11 day diet, you get free access to this 11 day diet generator.  With this online handy little tool you get to choose up to 30 of your favorite food items and it generates your 11 day diet menu within seconds.
  • I love the fact that the diet plan gives you a 3 day period where you can eat what ever you want.
  • This e book not only shows step by step how to lose 9 lbs or more in 11 days but it also shows you how to keep it off after you lose the weight.
  • this is a very short e book that’s very easy to read and follow. You can literally start the 11 day diet system within 2 hours after purchasing it.
  • It requires minimal exercise and when I say exercise I mean almost none.  They only recommend that you have a 30 minute walking session every day.

Last Word

And so we come to the end of my 11 Day Diet review. Overall, this is one of the most impressive and complete diet plans I’ve seen in a long time.

When you look past the flashy sales page about ‘11 day diet this and 11 day diet that’ what you essentially have is an amazing, unique, simple yet powerful diet plan that’s a sure win for anyone whose trying to lose weight. I strongly recommend The 11 Day Diet to anyone out there.

11 Day Diet Program – A closer look inside the program.

Hello everyone, Lisa again, in this post I wanted to talk about what the 11 day diet program is all about.  I want you to get an Idea of how the diet system makes you lose that annoying unwanted weight!!

The way this diet plan works is basically by changing around the type of calories you eat and by making you eat 4 times a day 2 1/5 hours apart.

In other words they have figured out the different foods  that help you burn the most fat.  At the same time when they make you eat 4 times per day,  your metabolism speeds up resulting in more fat burn.

The most important aspect that I want to point out is that the 11 day diet program makes these very easy to follow by having a very simple manual and the 11 day diet generator.

The manual, 45 pages long, has got so much useful information and is so easy to read that anyone can probably finish it with in 30 to 45 minutes.

And finally the 11 day diet generator, my favorite,  consists in this tool located in their website. This tool allows you to chose up to 30 of your preferred foods and it will give you the complete 11 day menu in just seconds!!

Now all you have to do is follow the menu for 11 days and and then you have 3 days to eat what ever you want.  If you need to lose more weight, just repeat the whole process again as many time as you need. Trust me, it works like charm as long as you follow it to the smallest detail.

11 Day Diet – Does it work?

Hello everyone,  Lisa here, I just want to let you in on this little secret of mine.  It’s an 11 day diet called “fat loss 4 idiots” and I think it’s the best diet I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a lot of them.

Any main stream diet plans or diet pills out there I’ve probably tried it, Atkins, Slim-fast, you name it I’ve probably done it.

But no matter what, these diet plans would end up failing me at the end.  I might have lost a decent amount of weight at the beginning, but at the end I would gain it all back and more!!

I don’t know if this happened to any of you, but I used to be teased by my close friends and relatives because I was always on some weight loss plan and they never took me seriously.
It really made me furious because at the end of the day it was true.   I realized after a long period of time that every few months I was trying something new to try to lose this excess weight.

This struggle had a tremendous impact on my self esteem, I didn’t like the way I looked, I didn’t like the way people looked at me, I even started to have a lot of problems in my marriage.  All of a sudden there was a light at the end of the tunnel.  I came across this amazing 11 day diet system that changed my life.

Does this 11 day diet really work? Well let me tell you what it did for me and you will be the judge of that.
I used the “fat loss 4 idiots” for two consecutive months and I lost 30lbs and 2 dress sizes.   I think it’s kind of a silly name and that’s why I don’t use it that much.  Yet, this is one of the easiest diets I’ve ever done and believe it or not I am proud to say that I didn’t cheat once.
It was easy to follow and there were no fancy foods or supplements that I had to buy.

Most importantly, I feel like a million bucks and I can wear clothes that I couldn’t wear in over 10 years.   By the way, things are going great with my husband!!… if you know what I mean;-)

So whatever you want to call it, 11 day idiot proof diet or the 11 day diet for dummies,  I think the “fat loss 4 idiots” has done wonders for me and I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE OUT THERE.
