The Bad Points
Obviously The 11 Day Diet is not perfect. Here’s what I didn’t like about it:
- I didn’t like the food combinations in some of the meals put together by the 11 day diet generator. I think shrimp and cashews are kind of an odd combo, but I guess that’s just me.
- You have to eat within two and a half hours for the diet plan to work best. If you take longer than that between meals, your metabolism will slow down resulting in slower weight loss.

- I love the fact that the diet plan gives you a 3 day period where you can eat what ever you want.

- this is a very short e book that’s very easy to read and follow. You can literally start the 11 day diet system within 2 hours after purchasing it.
- It requires minimal exercise and when I say exercise I mean almost none. They only recommend that you have a 30 minute walking session every day.
